SACS started playing cricket under the temporary nome-de-guerre (or something like that) of Stockholm University Cricket Club in 1996. As this spells SUCC then we had a name that could mean something in both English and Swedish (Swedish "suck"= English "sigh"). SACS was probably a more inspiring choice in retrospect.
Over the years hundreds of students and non-students have passed through the doors of our elite training centers at Nacka and Häggvik, or strode out onto the green playing-fields together with the legends of Stockholms Akademiska Cricketsällskap.
Ok, perhaps not, but it's true about the hundreds of players. We even have pictures of some of them. If you're an old boy (ex-membership is the required qualification) then you're welcome to send a picture to us. If you played for us then you'll know the secret mailing list addresses, so just send it to that address.

We are still missing plenty of names from the dim and distant past. If you think you ought to be on this list then write to the player's email list, which you ought to know if you really are an ex-player, or Marcus if you have forgotten everything important.
